Delcam increases North American customer support for third time this year
In order to better serve its growing customer base, Delcam is pleased to announce the continuing expansion of the North American support team with the addition of Eric Woodruff.
After graduating from Salt Lake Community College and starting at MOOG as a CNC machinist working on a variety of aircraft parts, Eric has spent the last 20 years working in a variety of manufacturing facilities. His last position was working as a CNC programmer using Gibbs software to program fixture parts and creating supplemental drawings for shop use using Alibre software.
"We are confident that our customers will benefit from Eric’s extensive technical knowledge, especially those in the aircraft industry. He first learned to program CNC machines with Virtual Gibbs in 1995, manufacturing fixtures. As well as having experience in CNC machining and working with engineering teams in the aerospace industry, he has worked as a QC inspector with in-process CMMs and Faro articulating arms. This will be important for our customers in the local aerospace industry looking to use our PowerINSPECT inspection software,” said Jeremy Malan, Application Support Manager at Delcam North America.
"I have been really impressed with what I have seen of FeatureCAM and look forward to showing companies how it can help their businesses,” said Eric "The speed in which you can program is extremely impressive. It is much faster than I’ve seen in other CAM software that I’ve used.”If you have any enquiries on this or any article, select to view contact details.
