A brief list of enhancements include:
- Initial support for reading WinMAX, Elite 9, Ascon and SolidWorks 2010 part files
- Support for reading model files generated by CATIA V5 release 4 to R19 SP7
- 32-bit versions of Exchange running on 64-bit operating systems can now address an extra 2GB of memory making a total of 4GB. 64-bit version can address up to 16TB of memory.
- Support for reading AutoCAD extruded surface data.
- Data read from a configuration in a SolidWorks part is now placed on a layer with the same name as the configuration.
- Faster reading and processing of Rhino files with large numbers of entities
- Orphaned data in STEP files is now treated as blanked.
- This is identical to Exchange 2010 except for the removal of the 64 bit kit, which lacked STEP and CATIA V5 support.
